I began practicing at One Flow in 2017, a year after my husband and I welcomed our first child.
My transition into motherhood challenged me in ways I’d never experienced, and a year in I was still trying to come up for air amidst the newness and the chaos of it all. During this time in my life, I wanted to be held and not seen.
At One Flow I found a supportive community to connect with; I was inspired by the students and the teachers from whom I’d received so much love. I am excited to be here, to teach, and to share love with you.
