My journey in yoga started in 2022 here at One Flow Yoga in their Beginner's Series Workshop.

I had practiced yoga intermittently before and had started dipping my toes in meditation and mindfulness practices.

At first, my yoga practice was for fitness as it helped me be strong for running and cycling. However, after about a year and a half and a difficult break-up, my relationship with yoga changed to be more about my heart and mind.

Yoga has provided me with a means to create space within myself -- space for all the messy, uncomfortable things as well as space for all the beauty, joy, and sweetness of life. Yoga has been crucial in healing my relationship with my body and cultivating compassion, love, and kindness to myself and others. 

In my classes I seek to create a safe space for students to connect with and find space within themselves. We work to invite in love, compassion, and kindness while challenging our bodies and minds.

I am passionate about the power of mantra and singing to connect with ourselves and others, so many of my classes include chanting and singing. I cannot wait to see you in class, let's move together.
