My first experience with yoga was in college in 2012. What I thought would be the easiest way to earn my fitness credits, turned into a life long desire to explore myself deeper through yoga - one of the hardest but also most rewarding things I’ve done. 

In my years of practicing, I’ve been most intrigued by the way yoga makes me feel calmer, stronger, less reactive, and overall more loving.

Practicing yoga has helped me become more aware, helped me to grow as a person and has allowed me to give more grace to myself and others.

I’m excited to serve you, the One Flow community, and make space for those moments to reconnect--to ourselves first and then back to the beauty and love that is in all of this world around us.
